On my three busiest days in the week, I figured this would be my diet. And please understand that on these days, all my time until 10pm is spoken for. I have no extra time to cook or go to the store or anything like that.
7am Whey shake 110cal 24g protein
8am Protein bar 200 20
8am Coffee 80 3
11:30am Egg beaters and ham 80 10
11:30am Casein shake 120 24
4pm Whey shake 110 24
6pm Dinner 400 17
10pm Casein shake 120 24
This gives me a total of 1220cal and 146g protein for the day.
I'm shooting for about 1400cal/day, so where would be the best place to add calories? Until 4, I'm at work, so I can't have another shake at 2 pm. From 6pm to 10pm, I'm at school, so I can't eat while I'm there either.
