    I know you're a tough dude and have some sick lifts but what's the point in that? I see little benefit maxing out on a movement non relative to athletic performance.

    because the first question everyone gets asked is how much do you curl? followed by how much do you clean and jerk.

    Total: 1500(1350)
    365 Front Squat
    consistency and intensity.

    Why not? I max out on random **** all the time just for curiosities sake. I also think theres a lot of benefit to doing heavy barbell curls.

    If someone asked me what my 1rm curl was I'd face palm just like I would if someone asked me what my 1rm is on calve raises. Clean and jerk makes sense though.
