    545 lb Max Deadlift and 405x13 @ 188 BW

    Just pulled a 25lb PR on deads. Felt light off the floor but shook a bit (no hitch) above the knees. I was pretty psyched about it, just over 20lbs away from the Ontario Junior Deadlift record for the 90kg class. Did a backdown set afterwards.

    That's a hell of a pull! Great job, dude. Where in Ontario are you? Your deadlift is huge compared to your bench and squat.

    Thanks guys! Keith, I'm from Ottawa. I've had shoulder issues the past couple years so it's prevented me from going too heavy on bench. I could probably get my squat up but I've been really pushing my deadlift like crazy instead.

    Injury is going really good. Feels 100% but i havent done anything with it really yet. Starts this week/ next week, whenever the docs give me an okay.

    Should be good and ready for september.
