Bench Press With Mini (Pink) Bands - For Speed
40kg (88lbs) * 3 for 10 Sets
Weighted Cable Crunch - done in speed bench rest periods.
66kg (145lbs) * 10 for 5 sets
Finished with some rotator cuff exercises. Trying to sort out my right shoulder.
Deload won't be overly fun, but its necessary! Will probably combine squat an Deads on Tuesday and then just start back with Bench Day on Thursday so just under a week of deload but with plenty of off days!
