I failed a 140kg clean so couldnt front squat that, i just wasnt feeling it. I did a workout in between this but just chose a few of the sets to film and put to a video. Theres a full blog post about the workout day on my site but basically ive been placed in croatia to do work and managed to find a little gym with no rack. So after 4 weeks of only doing 'some' legs i decided to make a go of it and go balls out for a leg session. It was so-so, but it was fun and theres plenty of room for improvement.
Heres a seperate video of my warm up. overhead squats with 70kg (155lbs). This is just to show the depth as the above video has cut off the top and bottom. Unfortunatley, the trade off is that its at 90degrees.
