Well I have been posting on WBB for awhile and figured it was about time I start a journal. 20 years old, 5'9" and sitting just under 220 right now, I am also currently cutting. Approaching 2 years of training, with about 20 of those months being dedicated to bodybuilding. I have recently transitioned over more to powerlifting and this journal will be following that. My split isn't too specific as it changes all the time based on what I feel like, but it involves a bunch of westside principles and some other stuff I guess. After seeing a few workouts Im sure you will get the idea.

I also train with bohizzle (andrew) from this site, and rookiebldr (jeff) now and then. Anyways going to have alot of free time through this fall as I am taking a semester off school to help take care of a sick family member. That's about all for now, workout for today will be following later on.
