    Body Expo 2010. Mark Felix shows me the Log 110kg (243lbs). Also Inch Dumbbell.


    Had a load of fun, met some awesome people. Won a tenner. Great times. Rest of blog at Project Goliath.

    I promise this is my last video for a few days now... Not training tomo and monday is squats which are potentially boring (unless i use chains, hmmmm).
