hey ive been doing the 3 day 5x5 for about 5 months and have hit both a mental and physical plateau. my lifts arent going up anymore and im just mentally drained from doing the same workout for so long. im wanting to go in a completely different direction. im looking for some sort of 4 day routine. ive been looking over some push/pull, german volume training, and pyramid routines but havent really found anything that looks interesting. im just looking for something to send my strength gains back up and maybe not be so monotonous. any suggestions? im open to anything..
