I have been power lifting for almost 3 years now and am starting to compete by the end of this year. I recently purchased an Inzer hardcore single ply, and have been training with straps down on squat days. When I started using it I noticed my hamstrings never really got sore anymore. Well last week on my DE day I decided to go raw and the few days after I was really sore. Should I be training with straps down still? Or should I maybe keep training raw? Or maybe just train in briefs? Any advice and input would be appreciated.
