but i think my intesnity is not that high

i say eight days bcuz i wont go the gym

do chest the first day. legs the second day, back the day after, and shoulders and arms the day after that, you really should try to go at least once more so you can make an entire day for shoulders. also work calves the first day, abs the second, calves the third, and abs the 4rth
