    this is my secound year lifting and i need help finding max bench estimate

    i currently bech 115 with reps of 30 and sets of 10, i was wondering what i could max(just an estimate) because i don't have enough weights to find out at home

    No telling. You may have to borrow or buy some weights, or you could visit a local gym to find out. An estimate like that would just be a guess.

    This.

    If you gave us your 3, 5 or even 10RM we might be able to give a somewhat educated guess. But only knowing the weight you can do 10x30 with....your guess is as good as ours.

    If you still go to school and they got a gym, go there one day when its open after school and find out... Or you could do what bruce willis did in one of the movies he starred in... He put cans of paint on the bar.
