    substituting hill sprints

I dont realy have access to a nearby hill to perform hill sprints so was wondering if doing flat sprints would be just as good for conditioning? I was also thinking of sticking some weights in a backpack to make it more challenging would this be suitable or is there some other better form off conditioning? Im aware i could probly perform them on a treadmill but i prefer to be outdoors whilst doing it.

Sprinting on flat ground is good. You can also do sled dragging, prowler pushing, car pushing, weighted walking, farmers walks, and all sorts of add object carries.

thanks for the suggestions. Think ill stick with flat sprints until i i mprove my conditioning and then mix it up a bit, car pushing caught my eye as its something different and challenging, cheers.
