The Five Biggest Contradictions in Fitness

It’s no secret that when people contradict themselves, it has the effect of making the flaws in their actions or statements seem glaringly obvious. But what about when WE ourselves get caught contradicting ourselves by someone else?

Kennelly is evidently going to compete raw...

This is a video of him throwing 680 lbs up pretty easily in the gym...

I think in time he can if he chooses. He looks incredibly strong. He looks good for a very comfortable 650-670 in competition with press and rack commands. Just my opinion. I hope he does more. I think Ryan's the best bencher of all time.

Yeah I know someone on PLW was complaining about the bounce on that bench but I would die for a bench like that bounce or no bounce. I can't wait to see what he does. Kind of sucks to see a certain person is back to filling up PLW with all his BS though.

The funny thing is, it's not a bounce. It's a sink. I do the same thing raw. I learned it from watching a lot of big guys bench back in the day. Throwing a pause in is not a major deal. Sinking the bar is perfectly acceptable within the rules. You just can't heave the bar, which is getting a press call and then sinking it lower to get a rebound.

Im working on the sink right now vinny. As long as you sink before the press its legal. Watch pacifico on youtube bench 550ish or so. The bar sinks in about 3-4 inches then he pauses it still gets the press then shoots it to lock out. I need some of that!

Ryan is a monster and I hope he hits a Big number. If he pushes himself into the 330-340's like he did for that 1100 who knows what hell do. It will be amazing though.

Vincent you told me I was the best..... Lol!

    Ryan best heavy for sure

Joe Mazza best light for sure

I talked to Ryan this week. Weighin 312 said he is gonna try to put a few lbs on before meet on Sat. Knowing Ryan the way I do I can say the video was just a teaser for the Internet world. I will post on Sat as soon as I hear from him.

That house has such a crazy raw and geared game. I don't think anyone will ever match it. That being said, you'll always be number one in my heart big guy.
