    So we had a tornado literally touchdown a few miles out from my gym...so my workout got shutdown VERY early today. Very pissed about it. Considering continuing my workout tomorrow or just scratching this one off for the week.

    Nevertheless, felt very quick off the floor, even with 305+MM.

    So today was intended to be a ME day, but I had a glorious tetanus shot in my shoulder (should have just chose a different injection site) so I was still feeling it today. Couldn't do any ME pressing or pulling.

    In other news, I just ordered my usual ALN bundle of chocolate Opticen, blue raspberry Results, and to mix things up, I'm giving vanilla Nitrean a try...shame Nitrean+ is out of stock. Excited to be back on Results again.

    Totally didn't expect to hit that PR today. 455 felt quick and my buddy watching me said I could do 495 (pretty sure he was being a bro and just said that to see if I could or not). I asked him to record just incase I missed, I wanted to see where I missed. So I have a video of me pulling this (on his iPhone - I'll soon be in possession of the file). I may be a better sumo puller than conventional. Who knows... felt nice to be in the 5pps club now. Onward to bigger and better things.

    Thanks! Dark side? Nope. Still natural and plan to be that way. It's odd, I haven't received my ALN package yet. I saw some nice results taking ALN products (especially Results). I haven't really supplemented since December.

    I do, however, align myself with the Sith.

    You did your first 5pps deadlift and didn't put 2.5s on each side for 500? Actually I'm pretty sure the 495 was the right number to pick, because it looked like a max. Nice job though. I think that's a big pr for you isn't it?

    And that looks like a shitty bench to bench heavy on. The pad and and everything looks decent, but there's no real support at all under most of the bench. I like the band setup though. I have used that before and it gives decent tension even with mini and small bands when you double them like that.

    I won't lie, I tend to slide a lot on that bench. It is VERY firm and unforgiving. The j-hooks are about the only thing I like about it.
