    Nice, that's a good sign when you can increase both reps and weight.

    What's a good rep range to be hitting on the last set? Last set of the 5/3/1 week specifically.

    I was thinking 5/3/2-4 might be optimal, if there were an optimal range.

    Nailed a nice rep PR today with a torn palm after catching a rock on my longboard, flipping off it, rolling out of the fall like James Bond, and walking away like a boss. Duct tape, gauze and chalk was my makeshift bandage.
