The Five Biggest Contradictions in Fitness

It’s no secret that when people contradict themselves, it has the effect of making the flaws in their actions or statements seem glaringly obvious. But what about when WE ourselves get caught contradicting ourselves by someone else?

It's only been halfway though my second cycle...so about 1.5 months. I haven't touched protein powder in a long ass time. I suppose I'm cutting (currently 184) but so far, nothing but strength gains have been documented.

Sup mang, first time posting in here. I see your strength is very very similar to how mine was when I last frequented this forum. Ratios between the big 3 too are eerily similar too.

I noticed you mentioned you're a graphics designer. What do you do mostly? I've been into it myself too for quite some time.

Anyways, good luck with the next session.

I wish my bench to squat ratio was like yours. No Sarcasm.
Weakest person on the forum, and my bench is higher than my squat.

230 for this cycle. My first cycle was 225, which was 10% less. Every cycle I'm increasing upper by 5 and lower by 10.

Thanks also to JohnnyRingo for stopping in. I DUNNO, I wish my bench was actually higher TBH.

Yeah, awesome lifting, bro. Kinda weird... I noticed that I do the same motions with my knees that you do when preparing for the lift, though, lol
