Glad to hear the new position is going well. Good luck with it all, including the new spot to lift.

Visiting a LA Fitness today with a free pass. Pulls seemed quick enough with 225 and 275 to go up to 315. Was able to generate some decent speed on those pulls. In regards to box jumps, I had to stack those aerobic steps (with risers) to 50" at the top. The problem was: the steps were real unstable for repeated jumps + the ceiling was too low. Did one and moved on.

Terry: Thanks. You were right about me being the best candidate!

Nice speed pulls that sucks about the box jumps. LA fitness has no plyo boxes?

Was at the water park before this for about 5 hours. A little drained and sunburnt. Hit gym right after. Got something in before the gym closed on the weekend. Did take some video at the water park. Fun fun.

The sun destroys me in terms of energy and comfort level, being extremely pale doesn't much help. Strong pressing I like the overheads.

Nice video. What do you weigh? Your power to weight ratio has to be way up there.

Felt honed in today. Could have been the carb loading I did last night. Could have been the coffee I had before the lift. Could have just been the prep I've been doing. Hit two PRs today and crushed it.

Kevin: Ha, I was sunburnt on my back too. Pressing with burns never helped anyone.
Patz: Currently bulking. Haven't stepped on a scale in a week. I will get back to you tomorrow.

    Daaaaaang! 515!

I've seen a guy pull 585 in person once. He pulled 600 a couple minutes later but I was out the door.

He outweighs you by about 100lbs though. You're really kicking ass.

That's a huge pull big congrats on the PR man. Especially impressive after doin 475/485/495/505 all right before. I'd be willin to bet your good for 525+ if you progressed differently like going 405-455-495-525. Keep it up man strength looks good.

Rather than a DE bench, I opted for more of a repeated effort/heavy volume session. Feels good.

Thanks guys. I have come to terms that I need to become a bench jockey for a while. Just moved into the new place up North. Lots of things to take care of - such as finding a proper gym.

Totally passed out after eating my ass off after last nights session. Found my permanent gym up here after taking a week to get settled in. I drive about 20 mins away. All the local gyms in my near proximity are either wellness centers for old people or shit gyms owned by idiots who think smith machines are an ok substitute for a squat rack. I don't know how often I will run...depends on boredom.
