Decided to give HCT a try. I been lifting for a while but not on a scheduled program, so here we go.
As for my diet, its solid, little fats and high in protein.
My supplements? I will be experimenting. Month 1, I will try At large nutritions, nitrean, creatine, and nitor for energy and fat loss.
The 2nd month Im going to try superpump 250 (pre), paired with nitrean (after).
And my 3rd month I will try Tribulis also paired with some cheapy whey I got from Wally World.
Any suggestions, would be great. My goals are simple, gain muscle, lose fat, Im not on a cut or bulk, and I dont really care where my weight goes, but heres my stats:
Bench - 170lbs
Dead - 250lbs
