    When to take results

I'm thinking about purchasing results but I was curious as to when most people suggest taking it. I would assume it should be consumed immeadiately prior to working out. Is this correct?

Take Results 1 Hour prior to lifting on workout days and on off days take in the morning. If you are going for results. Give ETS a try as well. They work great in tandem. Takes away DOMS and all the aches and pains associated with hard lifting. I love the stuff.

I agree with that statement! I have noticed a difference after 1 week.

Yep, ETS is kind of our little secret. I wish more people knew about it and could experience its benefits.
