The Five Biggest Contradictions in Fitness

Itís no secret that when people contradict themselves, it has the effect of making the flaws in their actions or statements seem glaringly obvious. But what about when WE ourselves get caught contradicting ourselves by someone else?

    Deadlifting and hitting the traps

Hey guys, lately Deadlifts are getting harder as I add weight each week so my lower back is rounding more and more while I'm pulling it up.

My question is: should I just drop 5-10 lbs on the lift so my lower back doesn't round as much? Because isn't pulling with a rounded back dangerous when deadlifting? Plus I'm pretty sure the traps get hit harder when the back is maintaining straightness on the way up, correct?

    Thanks!

My back rounds a bit when I deadlift weights that are closer to my max.. But then again, I think this is why my back has been hurting since spring and I even took the summer off from weight lifting and it still hurts constantly
