I trained for 5 years and got up to a 450/365/525 raw total nothing amazing I know, but I was pretty pleased with myself. Anyhow due to being a vagina and personal and financial circumstances I had to take a year off lifting. Now I'm itching to get back to training as I look and feel like a weak bitch. but i'm wondering will it take me another 5 years to get back to my total? or will muscle memory kick in? For the guys who have taken extended time off please share your experiences.
