The Five Biggest Contradictions in Fitness

It’s no secret that when people contradict themselves, it has the effect of making the flaws in their actions or statements seem glaringly obvious. But what about when WE ourselves get caught contradicting ourselves by someone else?

    I reached my goal

Well since I've been on creatine for a month and I decided to post my results in terms of stats

    04/08/2002 05/02/2002

    154lbs 160lbs
    42.5-43" Chest 44"
    23" Legs 24"
    14" left arm 14.5"
    13" Right arm 13.5"

And my strength increased as well. But since I haven't taken creatine for a week since I had to take the week off due to a small cold my strength has probably lessened a bit.So I'm gonna change some exercise around(ie instead of dumbbells I'll use a Hammer or Lever Strength machine)to shock the body.

1 question since I didn't take creatine at all last week would some of my mesurements decrease a little even if I was still eating 7 meals a day?Sorry if this question sounds dumb

Just one question: Why did you stop taking creatine?

In my experience it takes more than a week to deplete in your system.

Creatine doesn't make you stronger. Creatine gives you phosphates. Phosphates are part of ATP. ATP is energy. Hence, creatine is helping you get 1, maybe 2 extra reps. It is certaily not making you any stronger.

I stopped because I took the week off and taking creatine when you don't train is useless
