Well since I've been on creatine for a month and I decided to post my results in terms of stats
42.5-43" Chest 44"
23" Legs 24"
14" left arm 14.5"
13" Right arm 13.5"
And my strength increased as well.But since I haven't taken creatine for a week since I had to take the week off due to a small cold my strength has probably lessened a bit.So I'm gonna change some exercise around(ie instead of dumbbells I'll use a Hammer or Lever Strength machine)to shock the body.
1 question since I didn't take creatine at all last week would some of my mesurements decrease a little even if I was still eating 7 meals a day?Sorry if this question sounds dumb
