I am looking into the Leangains Intermittent Fasting diet, and am wondering about the post workout meal.
I work 8am to 5pm, and workout 5.30pm till 6.30pm. The diet specifies I have meals at 12pm 4pm and 8pm.
Wouldn't it be bad to not have a meal till 8pm when I finish my training at 6.30 (often closer to 6) ?
I have searched the site and the forum and no one says to have shakes or anything immediately post workout, and the Leangains site says not to have shakes but actual food
