    Starting HCt

    I see on the journals they have "+2+2+2 etc" by some of the lifts, what does this mean?

    So if I was curling 50 lb dumbells id do 6 then 2 then right after that 2 more an so on?

    Yes, as long as that 50 lbs was close enough to failure aftyer the 6 reps.

    Have up to a 30 second rest between the cluster sets
