    6 Months Progress Pics

    36 year old guy, just trying to manage a life with young children, marriage and a career in social services (desk work)

    April 2010 - 218 lbs - body fat unknown

    October 2010 -195 lbs - body fat unknown

    You can say that again, I mean there is nothing physical about my job. On the good side though we can REALLY push ourselves knowing we can sit and recoup!

    Definately a noticable difference!! Congrats on the progress.

    The longer you stick with it, the better you look each day too!!! So there is hope for us deskjob folks.

    When I first started it was cardio mixed with circuit training, then started the HCT-12 program on here and really hurt myself, now I'm doing a similar type program and you can take a look at it from the link on my signature
