I'm having trouble finding ideas for at home workouts.

and it helped and I got some ideas.
Im looking for articles or exercises that use a bar and bench. I know the bench you can do inclines, declines, bench press but im having trouble finding other excersises.
Im attempting to slowly get out of the gym and do at least all my upper body stuff at home.

Im also looking for a workout plan using these types of excersises. Right now im kind of lost and just do my entire upper body.
Also any articles showing full body trainig. I have a tree trunk I push around, and Im thinking of getting a tire once the weather clears up.
Im not looking (but you can) explain every workout but if you would just list what there called or a link I can search from there. Also what to not do or maybe how to group different excersies.
