    what kind of bar is that you are using for the deadlift? looks similar to a jesup bar seeing how its not flexing at all with 655.

    jesup bars are cheap as herpes, should get one, it feels like picking up concrete since there is no flex in it at all.

    Raw to me is unequipped. Belts and wraps are for safety. Do they add a few pounds......Of course but they are needed. I have lifted in feds that only allow a belt and my knees are still pissed at me. SO Choose the fed that agrees with your rules. Theres plenty of feds that see raw as belt only. Theres also plenty of feds that see raw as belt and wraps. Pick what you like.

    I like using a regular bar. When I go to meets the texas DL bar or Okie bar feels easier.

    Most likely 650-670 or so in each. I like to open light. then make 100 pound jumps for second attempts.

    ok guy's, sorry, like i said i am a big fan, now i know what u guy's mean being raw, i accept that for safety reasons, knee etc, i am old school, PL for 30 yrs, raw to me WAS belt only
