I competed in the 220 lb raw open am class. First powerlifting competition. Didn't get videos of my 1st squat attempt or 2nd deadlift attempts, but trust me I killed those too.
Squat opener was 445 lbs to get in the meet.
2nd Squat 490 lbs
3rd Squat 520 lbs
1st Bench 255 lbs
I missed 290 lbs my next two attempts. Neither were very good, but my third was better than the second. Really was lazy on the second one and paid for it. Noticed my butt came off on the third, but it was the set up I need. I am not going to post them, but they are on my page if you look hard enough.
1st DL 500 lbs
Best thing about this was I called for 480. Was going to do 480, 540, and 600. I like making big jumps in the deadlift and can do so. I don't understand going up just 10-20 lbs in this lift unless trying to set a record or new PR if the last one felt very easy. After I lifted Ame Rychlak told me 500 was on the bar for the attempt. Told her to move the second attempt up to 550, which I did.
