    That is a great way to extend a solid set and also know when to call it a day on rep 8. Good character building set. Can you cut out the extra two steps on the walkout?

    Thanks Joey!!! When I walk out I keep my feet close and then I step out into my stance. So far it feels comfortable, but I haven't really walked out a heavy max weight. I'll try and make it easier for me, thanks!!!!

    That makes sense. I just go back 2 steps and try to set my width with those steps. But, one also needs to do what they are comfortable with. Obviously what you hav done so far is working.

    I didn't think I was going to feel comfortable walking weight out since I haven't done it in close to 8 years. I'll see how it goes once I get under some heavier weight.

    Trust me I still love our monolift. The next meet I'm doing isn't using a monolift so I need to get use to walking the weight out.
