The Five Biggest Contradictions in Fitness

Itís no secret that when people contradict themselves, it has the effect of making the flaws in their actions or statements seem glaringly obvious. But what about when WE ourselves get caught contradicting ourselves by someone else?

    Finally Gonna Compete

So I found a meet on 12/11/10 in Edison NJ. It's APA and doin the "RAW" division.
I'm looking into buying a Metal Singlet for the meet.
The description on the site for the general rules and the meet description both say wrestling singlet though
Does anyone here know if a Metal one is still okay?
Or do I have to get an actual wrestling one?

    Thank you for the info.
And i definitely wont, I've been taking my maxes in it.
I'm currently on 5/3/1, and I'm think of switching a couple months out to get used to singles gain.
Should i got westside or is there a better option?

WSB is the best system for strength I've ever used but its a little more advanced... How long have you been training? 5-3-1 is a very good rountine as well and will develop a good foundation of strength. I used it almost a full year before going w/ the WSB rountine.

Ive been training since I played football in highschool. So bout 5 years. But I have used Westside, last year actually. I've also used shieko, before. I just recently decided to try 5/3/1. I was just seeing other options.
