    Results vs. Creatine 500

    So I've been reading everything that I can get my hands on in this site and have decided that I am going to buy my next creatine supp here. The price for Creatine 500 is great, cheaper than the Walmart brand here in NY. I am really interested in Results, but that would be a budget stretcher; especially every month.

    I was considering buying both and using Results on training days, and Creatine 500 on the other days. I currently train SS three days a week which means I could stretch the Results out to 10 weeks instead of thirty days, and use the Creatine 500 the other 4 days per week. This would keep the budget troll from rearing its ugly head.

    Any thoughts??

    Don't think I would do that. You have to run the results daily to get the real benefit, whether you're training or not

    At least know WTF you are talking about if you are going to provide advice. What you just described for creatine is totally off-base.

    creatine plays many roles, it is found in the body and in red meats. Supplementing creatine isnt a bad idea at all, it is one of those supplements that is 100% going to work. THe best way to use creatine is with a high sugar based product and Results is an excellent way to get it! The sugars will raise your insulin levels which will result in getting the creatine into your cells. which is ideal for anyone that lifts weights!

    Not to mention the Beta-Alanine. The combination of creatine, Beta-Alanine, and HMB has additive effects and makes for a very potent product.

    OP...I am currently only taking results on lift days with great gains so far. I lift 4 days a week. The other days I throw some creatine and beta alanine in my protein shakes to try to offset the lack of results for that day. I know its not exactly the same but I simply do not want to spend that much money every month. Beta alanine and creatine can be had for pretty cheap in powder form.
