4 whole eggs
2 egg white
Grilled pulled chicken
(make an omlete)
1/2 cup oatmeal (raw)
1/2 cup apple sauce (no sugar added)
1/2 cup berries
few dashes of cinnamon
Omelette sandwich. It's like a fried egg sandwich but more calories.
3-4 whole eggs, bacon, cheese on a buttered kaiser roll. I get them at work.
Great recipe! I'd add a side of bacon but that's me.
