    Max Effort Bench this past Wednsday

    Wasn't able to train at Westside because my wife and I had a bunch of closing papers to sign that morning and there was no way I'd be back in time (100 mile drive one way) So I trained at my gym with our normal Wednsday evening crew.

    We all decided to take a straight weight pinkies on the ring bench.

    The 525 looked even better than the 495.
    750/500/690 APF Elite @ 242

    Yeah the 495 seemed like you got a little screwy? Nice how you seemed to stop on the way up kind of adjust the position of your press and grind it out! Awesome! You were in the groove on the next one though, hell, ya know what I always say, don't worry about this weight just worry about the next one!
