hi, i'm mid season for my football team and suffered a shoulder injury second game of the year. The bench movement and other such ovements like push ups are no goes according to the trainer. So im looking for nay ideas on how i can keep my chest in shape while i cant bench. ? Anything helps!
Flyes, either machine or dumbell, may be a more shoulder friendly option.

yeh i agree with the above. all pushing exercises would be a no go
just try dumbell flyes
cable cross over etc
