I'm pretty sure my form's still good. Never had this problem the once-in-a-blue-moon that I'd lift at school, but that may have been because we had belts to lift. Two things: I feel a sort of... a guess it's not really a pain, but a tightness in the small of my back right above my hips. Also, when I squatted today, I felt it about 95% in my glutes and hammys, and barely at all in my quads. Could this be from bad form, or is it just the weight compressing my spine(felt fine until I got to about 165+)?
