-Bench 405 2x2
-Fat Bar Pushdowns 50 2x20
-Spud Strap Face Pulls 50 2x20
-Neutral Grip Pullups 2x6

This was a very good session. I could definitely tell I needed a deload. I have not taken a true deload in about 8 weeks. This was really light and exactly what I needed. I was able to focus on the process of my bench and some visualization techniques. I feel ready to go. Now I just need to keep doing some light training and all the other little things.
