Its no secret that when people contradict themselves, it has the effect of making the flaws in their actions or statements seem glaringly obvious. But what about when WE ourselves get caught contradicting ourselves by someone else?

I saw good progress when I began a year ago using WBB 1.1: http://www.wannabebig.com/training/t...roved-routine/

My (limited) experience has been that diet is about 2/3 of the equation, and how you train is 1/3.

The best tip for me was to track my progress with how much weight I was putting on the bar, not how much muscle I had appeared to put on. Muscle takes a long, long time. This is why you see none of the new year's resolution people when March or April comes around. People expect large physical changes instantly and when they don't get it, they just give up. Enjoy the actual act of lifting, and you will stay consistent and make really good gains in the long run. It is definitely a marathon!

    ^^ Agree ^^

I've logged almost every set I've done since January, it's a good tool.

this entire website consists of all the information you are ever going to need for powerlifting, bodybuilding and a mix of them both.
if you read the articles and posts and questions in here, you will know what to eat and how to lift.
eat lots, lift consistantly, log your food, log your workouts.
