    Very cool training. Sounds like you guys had a blast for a good cause.

    That 180lb DB press is INSANE. I tried one of those same DBs a few weeks ago empty (think it was 130lbs) up where Shaw trains in CO. Could BARELY get it, it was so freaking hard! Can't imagine what pressing the 180lber is like.

    The dumbbell was quite a challenge, it is the same one that is used at the Arnold Classic and it definitely lived up to it's name (monsterbell).
