Here is a video of my bench workout from tonight. This was my last bench workout before my meet in 10 days. Went up to my opener and planned 2nd attempt to my chest.

Thanks! I'm usually weighing in right now between 268-270ish... sometimes i'll be 270ish for days straight and then out of no where i'll weigh myself the next day and i'll be a pound or 2 lighter but my strenght isn't effected at all. My goal was to weigh in at 275 by the meet, but i feel very strong and healthy at 270 so i'll be happy to weigh in at that body weight.
Thanks everyone for the comments! I appreciate it. Ever since my injuries it's been very difficult for me to get my lifts back up safely and cautiously, but so far everything has been feeling great. I'll be extremely happy if i get my 500+ bench and 800+ deadlift, especially since it will be my first time trying these numbers since my injuries. Wish me luck!
