My goal was 300/400/500 and to gain 20 pounds from 220 to 240 starting last Feb
I injured my lower back within the first couple of months so I was sidelined for a good 3-4 months.
I am now back and I am on my 3rd cycle of 5/3/1 and with 2 months left, I still think this goal is attainable. I am quite sure I already have the 300 bench as my input weight for 5/3/1 is now 305 and I have been consistently hitting doubles on the 1 rep week. The deadlift, I know for SURE I can pull it. The squat is the one that will be the deal breaker for me. Before I injured myself, I got 355x5...the best I have done since then was 355x1 3 weeks ago. My weight has also gone from 220 to 233-235.

nowhere even close, but that was because of a nagging 6 month long upper back muscle i pulled , then i somehow managed to pull a muscle of the left and right side of my groin, then to end it with tweaking the otherside of my back by just moving my arm while i was driving the other day. hopefully next year wont be so random injury heavy.
I wanted to hit 300 on bench, and 500 on squats and deads, I got 325 on bench a month ago and have done 475 on squats and 455 on deads. Yesterday I tripled at 415, 425, then 435 on squat then did 10 at 315. I feel pretty confident I will get to 500. I switched to sumo about a month ago on deads, and did 2x6 @ 375, 8 @ 395 last week so I don't quite think I am there on deads yet. But I could be there come January 1st...
Most people pray for a lighter load in life...ever thought of praying for a stronger back?
Goals as of 2/08/11 (current) goal:
Squat: (505) 535, Deadlift: (475) 500, Bench: (325) 350 Total: 1305 (1385)
BW: 225 as of 02/01/2011 Goal: 205 by May 1, 2011
I started lifting again in January, so I didn't have too many specific goals for the year.
My big goal was to get my weight down to 250 by the end of the year. I started at 295 in January and I'm at 255 as of my last official weigh-in. I'm actually trying to reach this goal by Thanksgiving but I shouldn't have an issue reaching the goal by the end of the year.
My major goal in lifting for the year was to hit 1000 RAW in the Big 3 lifts. I reached that goal and then some (1112.5) at the end of July.
