    is this overtraining?

so say 4 weeks out i wont have access to the gym for like 5-6days. do you think the following routine would be overkill if i followed an ABA/BAB/ABA pattern M/W/F for the next 3 weeks. Im not exactly new to lifting as ive been working on and off for the past 2 years.

    Workout A:
-Bench (work up to heavy 3x5)
    -Deadlift (heavy 5x3)
    -Bent Over Row (5x5)
-Overhead Press (work up to heavy 3x5)
    -Random Accessory

    Workout B:
    -Incline Bench (4x8)
    -Romanian Deadlift (4x8)
    -Tbar Row (4x8)
    -Landmine Shoulder Press (4x8)

my lift max stats are as follows just so you can have an idea.
    bench: 180
    deadlift: 335
    squat: 270
    ohp: 120
    row: 215

everybody is different. n. Id say try it and you'll know if the program works for you or not. trial and error is the best way to figure out how well you recover. me personnally i would say no because their is no me work. chances are you will not go over 85 percent of your 1rm with 5x3, 3x5 being your heaviest work.

Probably not, especially for only 3 weeks.

The routine looks a bit 'top heavy' though.
