    I don't think so.
I have a 13mm, but have been recommending the 10mm to my clients. The 10 is so much easier to "break in" and it still has the strength.

I have the 13mm lever and love it but Ryan is right there is a definite break in period. I don't know how it compares to 10mm as I have never worn one.

I use a 13mm lever belt when im lifting in full gear. Recently I have been using a 10mm single prong belt for my raw training and I like it alot. I tried squatting raw in my 13mm lever belt and I would much rather use my 10mm instead. I hope this helps you out some!!!

I would go with the 10mm, and you may also want to reconsider the lever (unless you already have one and like it).
