    db shoulder press

    I have a bit of a shoulder issue so will be using the dumbbell version of the press.
    Just a quick pointer on form.Is this performed exactly like rippetoe style barbell press
    with elbow tucked in to side and slightly ahead of weight.
    Was just scouring youtube. There is not much examples of good form on first glance.
    Alot of examples have the elbow way out to the side or this sort of 90/90 postion of humerus to torso and upperarm to lower arm at start postion. What is the healthiest for the shoulder joint?Any good video examples?

    Like I said on the CF forums, if you have a shoulder issue do them in a fashion that does not aggravate your shoulder.
