If I do 3 sets to failure on chinups I can get about 8-10 reps on first set.
If I do 5 sets as assistance as in 5/3/1, I'll probably need bands to get decent numbers.
I've never used bands before.I need to order them from the UK.
I've been looking at these:
I'm 6ft tall so I'll need the 41inch bands,right?
Would the small(blue) 25-80lbs resistance band be suitable for my strength level?
