Went in on Monday and did some ME Lower.
Deadlifts, working up to a single at 185kg, but lower back was sore, so left it there and went on stationary bike for a bit to get some bloodflow through knee.
Had to go to the Walk-In Centre last night. Asthma attack, quite a bad one. Inhaler was empty. Managed to procure a new one, but chest still feels like a gorilla's sitting on it, even today, haha.
Rarely get troubles with my asthma, but when it does flare up, it's quite scary.
In other news, reached an agreement with Alex: going to be cutting down to 82kg (a drop of 8kg or 17.6lbs). Despite being stronger and faster than ever, I don't feel 100% happy with my shape and weight atm, so going to trim down and do it properly.
I'll be able to enter the PLing meet in the 82kg class. I'll be lighter on my feet for running events. And, losing a stone and a half, I should be pretty damn ripped, too.
