This cup, as ever is yours to loose. I agree you have BY FAR the best side in the world, and if you do win it will no doubt go down as on of if not THE best side ever. (Excluding Mr Johnson's 2003 squad of course )

This is by far and large your best shot, isnt your home win % abot 97%?

    Day Fifty Three

    Bench:

    10x44
    6x110
    6x132
    6x176 x2x2x2

    Dips:

    6xBW
    6xBW
    6xBW+44
    6xBW+55

    Hammer Curls:

    6x33
    6x39
    6x44 x2x2x2 PR

    -----------
    Summary:

    Curl PR - woot!

Everything felt pretty tough today, was a bit seized up and achy - didn't sleep well. But got through it alright.

Em's started giving me handoffs (ooer) on the bench, letting me keep my shoulders back. Can really feel it working the chest more, which I'm pleased about.

First session of fasted AM cardio tomorrow. Gonna keep it nice and gentle and no longer than about 30-45mins.

Thanks CoCoa - I can only try it.

If it helps me slow down the fat gain but keep building muscle, then it's got to be worth a go!

    Cheers guys!

First fasted workout this morning. Still sweating from it.

Whey Isolate and water beforehand to prevent muscle loss. 2.5 mile run at moderate intensity. Took about 30mins - I've lost a lot of the cardio fitness I used to have lol. Sitting here resting and sipping a green tea now.

In the gym later for squats, will be interesting to see how my legs feel after that!

    Day Fifty Four

    Squats:

    10x44
    6x88
    6x198
    6x220
    6x265 x2x2x2 PR

    Rack Pulls:

    10x44
    6x88
    6x110
    6x220 x2x2x2

    Calf Raise:

    10x88
    10x154
    10x174
    10x194

    -----------
    Summary:

Really surprised that after the cardio this morning my squats weren't too badly effected this afternoon. Managed the clusters on my squats, which is better than I could do last week. Very happy. Was tempted to try for a 1 rep PR, but my right calf kept threatening to cramp up and I didn't fancy risking it.

Kept it nice and light for the RPs to spare my lower back. Likewise with the CRs - can really feel the weight going down through the spine so just upped the reps and kept it at low weight.

    Altogether, pretty happy.

Thanks mate! I'm hoping to crack 3 plates Squat and 4 plate Deads within the next coupla months. I'm gonna be so chuffed when I do. Seems a long way off yet, but then, so did the weights I'm doing now when I'd just started...

Thanks mate, I hope so too lol!

Have a 15 mile walk for charity on Saturday.

Going to take it very easy with the cardio tomorrow morning; there's a grass playing field up the road from me, so I might just do a few gentle laps of that to save my feet and knees some punishment.
