Short but sweet. Gym was closing, so had to leave curlz out. Shame.
Deliberately kept the weight on bench a little lighter today, 70kg instead of 80kg, as I wanted to work on form and get two work sets out. Felt great, shoulders back, more of an arch - started to even use a little leg drive, haha! Chest feels nice, really concentrated on working it.
Same with dips. Kept it lighter at 20kg as I didn't want to fail. Two work sets. Leant forward as much as I could to target chest. It's easy to tell if you're leaning forward enough on the dip station I use - you hit your chin on the little instruction panel!
Carbs getting low now. Had to have a nap before I went to the gym
Refeed didn't happen today as meal out was cancelled. Will see how I feel tomorrow. Deadlifts tomorrow so it might do me some good to eat a little more.
