    Yeah!! You've got yourself in for some big lifting, loads of motivation (before an during comp as well as after) and hopefully some big PR's!!!!

    The cut will hit your strength now (especially in the heat) but I think once you come off the cut an eat big strength will sky rocket!

    Thanks mate. Can't wait to start eating again. Gonna be a bit more controlled with my eating this time round - I love the strength, but not the belly that came with it lol!

    Hah, close to it mate - my stomach's the flattest it's been for a while. Giving it another two weeks on the diet, with a little bit of cardio to shift it.

    Summary:

    Short and sweet. Had no strength today as was in there before breakfast, running on only a pre-workout shake.

    Finished my cut now. My gf is more than hapy with my flat stomach, so am I. I want to start gettting stronger again now. I'll start eating normally from today and I'll only up my calories each and every time my lifts stall.

    Congratulations on going as far with the diet as you did. You handled it well for an extended period of time. It takes some will-power to make it happen, so bravo on that much.
