Thanks for the support everyone. Without the encouragement and advice from people on this forum, I'd never dare push myself as hard as I do.

    Day Seventy Nine

    Chins:

    10
    10
    9 PR

    DB Rows:

    6x50 (22.5kg)
    6x72 (32.5kg)
    3x88 (40kg)
    6x100 x2x2x2 (45kg) PR

DE Bench: All reps with 1sec pause on chest

    10x45 (20kg)
    10x120 (55kg)
    10x120 (55kg)
    10x120 (55kg)
    10x120 (55kg)

    --------------
    Summary:

Dunno what happened with the chins today - it just came together. Could feel a really tight strong upper back as I pulled my shoulder blades together, letting me pull myself up easily. Got stuck three quarters the way up the tenth rep of my last set but couldn't get there. Next time I'll have three sets of ten. Then after that I'll drop it back down to sets of six, but this time with weight attached...

Rows were really heavy. Was having to pause for breaths with 100lbs.

DE Bench was really fun again, massive pump afterwards.

Didn't do Standing Press today as my lower back is still sore from my squat PR the other day. No more squat 1RM for a while, I think.

Nice. One mistake I made early on was doing weighted chins before I was ready. My wrists still haven't forgiven me. With 3x10 in the bag you should be right though.
