The shoulder ordeal is common, good luck with that and raising up on your bench.

Thanks both! Taking ibuprofen every four hours. It's okay until nighttime usually - it hurts when I lie on it. Throughout most the day I can almost forget I hurt it.

Gonna see what I look like at 200lbs, bud. I'm 191 atm. I'm only 5'6'' so unless I get lean, anything over 200 might look a bit silly lol.

    Haulin'

    Deadlifts:

    6x60(132)
    6x60(132)
    6x100(220)
    6x100(220)
    6x140(309)
    3x165(365)PR
    3x170(375)PR

    Sumo DL:

    6x100(220)
    3x120(265)

    Barbell Rows:

    6x60(132)
    6x65(143)PR
    6x70(154)PR
    6x70(154)

    Back Extension Machine:

    15x30(66)
    15x36(80)
    15x43(95)

    Seated Leg Curls:

    10x43(95)
    10x43(95)
    10x43(95)

    Crunches 3x20

    Planks 3x30secs

    ----------
    Summary:

Was half expecting to go in tonight and find that I couldn't budge the bar off the floor, but it went really well. Back pump during deads was insane, had to sit down for a coupla mins between sets just to let pump settle.

Didn't really feel the Sumos after Conv, so didn't push them. 120kg felt heavy, Sumo - they obviously work different muscles.

Rows went well, touching the ground each rep helps keep my form okay.

Thanks Tom! I look at the big lifters and they all have big rows, so it's something I need to concentrate on.

Also, my shoulder's feeling a lot better today! Slept easier on it last night. Still gonna keep up with the ibuprofen for another coupla days. Going in for my second upper body day tomorrow, so I'll take it easy and make sure I don't pull it.

First time using dumbbells for a while, tomorrow, so I won't be using heavy weights anyway.

First tryout of Second Upper Body Day

    Incline DB Press:

    6x10(22)
    6x10(22)
    6x14(31)
    6x14(31)
    6x16(35)

    Seated DB Shoulder Press:

    6x10(22)
    6x10(22)
    6x12(26)
    6x14(31)
    6x16(35)
    6x16(35)

    Skullcrushers:

    6x10(22)
    6x20(44)
    6x30(66)
    6x30(66)

    DB Rows:

    6x20(44)
    6x24(53)
    6x28(62)
    6x28(62)

    DB Hammer Curls:

    8x10(22)
    8x12(26)
    8x14(31)

    ----------
    Summary:

First day of my new upper body accessory day. Happy with how it went.

Kept it light on most things to a) get used to DB exercises again and b) not aggravate my shoulder.

Tried the skullcrushers - didn't like them; felt painful on the elbows. Will stick to Tricep Pulldowns next time.
